Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@auraskins.co with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped back using a tracked shipping method. We do not accept responsibility for return packages that are lost, damaged, or undeliverable. The return is only considered valid once the package is confirmed delivered to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We reserve the right to resolve the issue by reshipping the order at no cost to you. A refund will only be issued at our discretion if a reshipment is not possible or the item is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing fault. We are not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transit.
